With a distinguished career as both a Corporate Technology sales manager and Enterprise Technology Sales Executive, I have always been passionate about empowering individuals to navigate pivotal transitions in their professional lives. This passion led me to establish Next Chapter Career Coaching, where my mission is to guide remarkable people like you—those in the final stretch of their careers—toward fulfilling encore careers, successful transitions into new fields, or entrepreneurial endeavors. 

My journey took on a deeper meaning in August 2023 when my brother faced a life-altering layoff after a 19-year career in solution sales engineering. Struggling with feelings of embarrassment, confusion, and disappointment, he found himself adrift in a job market that felt overwhelmingly challenging, especially as he grappled with issues like ageism, the absence of a resume, and the evolving landscape of networking and communication platforms. 

Tragically, after two months of fruitless interviews and navigating this journey alone, he made the heartbreaking choice to end his life. His story is a solemn reminder of how critical it is to seek support during times of transition, and it has since become a fundamental part of my own narrative. I believe that we all encounter chapters of change and growth. My brother’s experience is a catalyst for my commitment to ensuring that no one else feels that same despair and isolation. Through my work, I aim to help individuals recognize their own worth, embrace change, and understand how to pursue the careers and lives they desire.
